“FORBIDDEN BROADWAY BEARS: BIGGER, LONGER & UNCUT” showcases the BROADWAY BEARS and their Special Guests performing some of the most outrageous show tunes ever sung!

Adults only songs from stage and screen musicals with explicit language warning!

Get ready for a night of naughty, bawdy, and outrageous live performances with Portland’s Furriest Singers, as the BROADWAY BEARS, debut their new concert at the Funhouse Lounge on June 24, 2018! The BROADWAY BEARS will perform adults-only songs from the musical realm of stage and screen, from comedy to drama to sexy, in their trademark entertaining way… complete with furry faces! And this time, they’ve got some special friends from Portland’s performing elite to get down with!

The BROADWAY BEARS, “Portland’s Furriest Singers,” are Andy Mangels, Darin MacLeod, Donnie Vecchione, and Michael Chavez. For this special concert, special guests from Portland’s performing elite include burlesque queen Zora Phoenix, jazz diva Karen Maria Capo, sultry songstress Kate Faye Cummings, and bearded balladeers Bobby Jackson and JD Liggins!

With all live singing in solos, duet, trio, and group numbers, the “FORBIDDEN BROADWAY BEARS: BIGGER, LONGER & UNCUT” concert will be an outrageous performance that is definitely not for the easily shocked. The two acts feature over 20 songs and medleys from stage productions and films such as South Park, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Chicago, The Book of Mormon, Young Frankenstein, Jekyll & Hyde, Grease, Avenue Q, Ain’t Misbehavin, Mame, Steel Pier, The Life, City of Angels, Babe, Under the Influence, Zero Patience, Grease 2, and numbers from Michael Bruce, Sam Carner & Derek Gregor, and Jazz/Blues legends Clarence Williams & Eddie Green!

The Adults Only (21+ ONLY) concert will be at Funhouse Lounge, on June 24, 2018, with doors at 6:30pm, show from 7-9pm. Tickets are $10 in advance from brownpapertickets.com or $15 at the door ($10 for seniors or students), with special reserved booth tickets also available.
